Email Notifications

Easeare Quote Calculator can email you and your customers at key moments.

• Lead submitted — admin and customer messages
• Quote created — customer message (review wording while status is Draft)
• Quote status changes — related notifications (for example when marked Sent)

Built-in copy is used by default. To edit subject and body (including status-specific messages), install the available Pro add-on Custom email templates. See Add-ons.

Delivery still depends on your site’s mail setup (WordPress wp_mail, SMTP plugins, hosting limits). If messages do not arrive, check spam and your mail configuration before assuming a plugin bug.
